Founded in 2022, Think Wellness LLC offers mindfulness-based health coaching that supports individuals in building sustainable routines, managing stress, and creating balance across all areas of life.
Founder - Sara Esteves, MBA, CHC
Hi ! I’m Sara, a licensed Holistic Health Coach and Integrative Nutritionist, certified in 2022 through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and I also hold an MBA, which allows me to bring a structured, thoughtful approach to wellness that considers lifestyle, finances, and relationships alongside health.
I am also a wife and mother of two daughters, a role that deeply shaped my perspective on wellbeing. Navigating motherhood, marriage, and professional responsibilities—while managing my own mental health challenges—sparked a desire not just to feel better, but to be better: more present, more balanced, and more intentional in how I cared for myself and those around me.
That personal journey revealed how interconnected mental health, stress, nutrition, financial stability, and relationships truly are. It inspired me to create Think Wellness NJ as a space where individuals—especially parents, professionals, and caregivers—can receive support that reflects real life.
Today, I work with clients virtually, helping them develop personalized wellness strategies that support mental clarity, stress management, healthy routines, financial awareness, and stronger relationships. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical—focused on helping clients create balance that lasts.
